Workshops give you the perfect environment to grow. They empower you to elevate your photographs, so you can be the photographer you were always meant to be.
Time with Tony

There are photographers, there are teachers, and then there is Tony. What does this mean for you? It means you’re signing up for the best of both worlds; Someone who understands what it means to be a photographer, the struggles and the triumphs,  but also someone who has the background and knowledge of helping thousands of students hone in on what makes them special.

April 23rd-28th 2023

If you go with your instincts and keep your humor, creativity follows. With luck, success comes, too.
-Jimmy Buffett

We are a vision-based workshop company. What does that mean? Well, it means you have a part in this too; no matter what your skill level, you bring the vision, and we’ll back you up; supporting you every step of the way to help you become the photographer we feel you deserve to be (with a bit of elbow grease, of course).

We want nothing more than for you to show up as yourself in your photography and in your life. We are excited to see what YOU bring to the table, and we’re standing by, ready to help you when you show up for your dreams.

Why we chose LONDON
A royal flush of color.
I could sum up London for you in just three words, but then, why would I when I can bring you alongside me and show you what makes this city so iconic and one of the MOST BELOVED CITIES IN THE WORLD?
While I would be hard-pressed to pick a favorite any given year, I will tell you that the location I am the most excited about in 2023 is London, and for good reason.
London is the type of place I love exploring. The kind of place that feels new every day; I’ll wake up in the morning, grab a (truly fantastic) cup of coffee, and head out with my camera in tow to catch the morning light. I’ll start the day off with some moody architecture shots, then shoot some street photography as the morning sun burns its way through the foggy sky, capturing rather well-dressed passersby on their way to work. After grabbing a bite to eat at a cafe down the street, I’ll head out again to the nearest World-class museum or two in the afternoon and then finish out my evening photographing the glowy low light reflections of the city bouncing off of the water before I head back and call it a night.
It’s the perfect city for the perfect day of photographing. Mark my words.
One thing that you probably already know about me is how incredibly picky I am, scouring our little blue dot endlessly for places that will “spark joy,” if you will, in my students. It’s paramount that each and every location I hand-select each year meets my laundry list of requirements. This is no easy task, but the guiding light for me when making some tough cuts always comes down to a few questions I ask myself; Do the locations present multiple ways of photographing? Do they encourage new ways of seeing and photographing, and making the scene your own? And the most important one of all;  Do they inspire me to photograph? For me, London was a resounding YES on all fronts, especially the last one. My PB rule #1 is I will only take you only where I would want to go. If it’s not good enough for me, it will never make the cut for you.
If you’ve been to Chicago, Boston, Toronto, or Barcelona with me with me, I can promise you now that that was just the appetizer. Think of London as your entree and desert wrapped all into one.
In this workshop, I’m keeping to a small, tight-knit group experience; you’ll have lots of one-on-one time out on shoots with me, you’ll never feel like you are traveling alone, and you will find friends that share the love, commitment, and passion for photography that you do.
Photography is all-encompassing. It’s joy. It’s therapy. It’s problem-solving. It’s releasing old patterns that hold us back and forming new meaningful ones that move us forward. It’s our way of relating to the world around us, and to some, it’s a haven and a sanctuary.
With all that said, please join me in experiencing London. I cannot imagine a world where you miss out on this incredible, magnificent, and dynamic city.
Well, there you have it, my three words. They hold a bit more weight to you now, don’t they?
See you on the other side of the pond.
Tony has the ability to first help find and then cultivate a photographer's interests and style. Keeping or breaking photographic rules is not the goal, this is about creating images we love ourselves and are proud to share with others.

We're ready for ya, ask away.
Betcha we already thought of that.
