Every now and then something comes along that is impossible to put into words.  I feel that way about the Finding Focus workshops.  Sure they have many of the components of mentoring and of workshops but there’s a shift that happens when you have 6 individuals so committed to moving forward that they’re willing to put their butts out there every day, twice a day, for a week while they unplug their head and shoot from their heart.
